Cancellation Policy
Full refund* if the reservation is cancelled 14 days 'before' arrival. For example, if you are scheduled to arrive on the 19th, you would need to cancel on the 5th. If you have any questions...always send a chat message.
Partial refund* (25%) if the cancellation is within the 7 days leading up to arrival. Even then, if we are able to book any of the days, we will gladly refund you the days that have been booked by another guest.
*Stripe processing fees will be deducted from all refunds.
We totally understand life changes, and we really do strive to make this a win/win for everyone!
Using our e-commerce (Stripe) refunds will generally take 5-10 business days.

Cleaning and Maintenance
We maintain our home, the room turnovers and the lawn maintenance ourselves; keeps the overhead down.
Darlene worked for many years as a director of infection prevention in healthcare; so, she is kinda finicky about cleaning. Any questions, feel free to ask!
Since Dan has many years as a construction superintendent, he certainly has that area covered.

E-Commerce and Booking Engine
We utilize Stripe as our secure payment method.
We utilize Hostaway as our 'channel manager'; allowing us several booking platform integrations.
