Policies
Check-in and Check-out
Check-in time is after 4pm, and check-out time is by 10am.

Giving you a little extra flexibility for your stay, early check-in or late check-out is available.
Up to 2 hours of early check-in and/or late check-out may be added. Additional time is $10 per hour.
To plan accordingly, please make your request 48 hours in advance and we’ll update your reservation for easy approval.
Please note: Fees for early or late check-in/check-out are non-refundable if the extra time requested is not
used.

Twin EZ Bed
Families are always welcome at The Fox and the Farmhouse. For guests traveling with children, a twin-size blow-up bed is available exclusively in the Aspen Suite and Maple Suite to help make your stay more comfortable and convenient.
We’re happy to help make your family’s visit warm, easy, and enjoyable. An additional fee of $20.00 will be applied to the reservation. Please select when booking.
Bookings and Cancellations
As a small business, and due to our capacity of suites, please understand that cancellations affect us significantly.
​If you cancel 14 days or more 'before' arrival, you will receive a full refund: less a $20 cancellation fee.

If you cancel your reservation less than 14 days before the date of arrival, you are responsible for the entire amount of reserved time, except to the extent we are able to re-book the cancelled day(s).​​
Smoking and Damages
No smoking/vaping is permitted in rooms or in any common areas. Failure to comply will result in a $250 cleaning fee. Smoking is permitted on decks and the grounds but please be mindful of non-smokers around you.
Pets
At The Fox and the Farmhouse, we’re happy to welcome your furry companions in our Aspen Suite and Maple Suite. Guests may bring up to two pets per stay in these designated pet-friendly accommodations.
A $20.00 nightly pet fee applies to help us maintain a clean, comfortable space for all guests.
For the comfort and safety of everyone, we kindly ask that pets are well-behaved, supervised at all times, and that guests clean up after them during their stay. Any excessive damage or additional cleaning required may result in additional charges.
