It is a great place to spend the night near Athens. We will certainly consider it again when we travel back.

The White Oak
So many positives- too many to list! Quiet, spotless, onpoint decor, comfy bed, perfect temperature, and a spacious patio area & tasteful Christmas decor. Also had snow flurries 😁. I don’t believe in magic… but some kinda pixie dust was happening at this place!

My husband and I wanted a quick getaway for our one year wedding anniversary and we clicked right on Darlene and Dan’s listing. I will tell you we will be back for our next anniversary! Darlene and Dan greeted us with warm smiles and extreme hospitality. They made us feel right at home and answered any and all questions that ever arose. My husband and I had everything we needed and then some. They made us feel completely comfortable and right at home. I recommend this Airbnb for any couple or even a single getaway. Thank you so so much Darlene and Dan. Y’all keep up what you’re doing because y’all have done such an amazing job with your home ♥️ We will definitely see you again next year!

Nice space. Great value for the money. At or below the cost of a nice upscale hotel. Easy to control the climate. Electric mattress pad for comfortable temp adjustment as you sleep. Host are very responsive.

darlene and dan were so sweet! my boyfriend and i stayed here as a post thanksgiving weekend get away and it was perfect. beautiful house and everything was super clean and cozy! loved the christmas decorations inside too:) we will totally come back!
